Participants who complete the program and meet the requirements, including homework and a 90% participation rate, receive a Certificate of Completion from Innovation 360 Group AB. This certification is valid for life and can be shared on professional platforms like LinkedIn.

Course Structure and Format

The course can accommodate up to 25 participants online and 50 participants on-site. If there are more than 10 participants online or 14 on-site, two instructors are required. Typically, online groups consist of 3-4 people, and on-site groups have 3-5 people to ensure effective learning and interaction.

The course is delivered in two possible formats: a trilogy format, with three modules each spanning two half-days, or an alternative 2+2 format, where the course is conducted over two separate two-day sessions. Both formats include a combination of lectures, interactive exercises, and real-world examples from participants’ own organizations. The curriculum is available in multiple languages and can be delivered on-site or online, providing flexibility to accommodate different learning preferences.

The total time commitment is approximately 80 hours, including course time, pre-reading, and homework.

To be eligible for certification, participants must complete all homework, follow the complete program, and maintain a minimum of 90% participation. Certification also involves submitting reflections on key learnings from the course.

All systems and tools are available to participants during the program. Access is typically closed upon issuing certificates, though exceptions can be made based on arrangements with clients, such as extending tool access for an additional 30 days.

The training materials are copyrighted and may not be used outside the program without a separate agreement with Innovation 360. However, the included books can be purchased separately for internal use within organizations.
